At Birkenstock Midtown, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your sandals or shoes are in sellable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn Birkenstocks in their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Midtown

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return at our Midtown facility, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
